Dr. David Samadi massive accomplishments and finding happiness in the small moments

Dr. David Samadi has an impressive resume when it comes to the medical field. With decades of hands on experience and career that would certainly surpass most, he still strives to put his patients first. He started with humble beginnings and through that worked hard to make it to the top. Ever since he was a young boy David wanted to be a doctor and help people. Dr. David Samadi received his education at Stony Brook University where he got a BA in Biochemistry. He continued at the same university/School of Medicine where he received his MD. He has worked for a number of companies including Fox News medical contributor. He currently is the Chairman of Urology and Chief of Robotic Surgery at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City.

The successful doctor has performed over 7,000 surgeries in an astounding 40 countries all over the world. Known for using robotics to perform prostate surgeries Dr. David Samadi. He saw French doctors using laparoscopic technology to perform operations and was instantly hooked. There are a number of benefits to using this technology including faster healing time and far less side effects that traditional surgery. He even developed his own method called SMART which stands for Samadi Modified Advanced Robotic Technique. He says it is his greatest accomplishment to date. It also helped him achieve more career advancement and success.

Dr. David Samadi is a early riser and loves it! He starts out his day at 5am. He makes it to the office by 6am and is pretty productive. That is when he gets the most done in his day. In the afternoon David does his medical procedures and checks in with all his patients to see how they are doing. By having a consistent schedule Dr. Samadi believes he is most productive. He also incorporates deep breathing, physical exercise, and avoids negativity to stay happy and healthy. He especially enjoys tennis to get his heart rate going and help get the endorphins going. His favorite board game is backgammon and finds it intriguing. Looking back at his life, he has not had any bad jobs and does not regret anything. David says he has been fortunate in life to get amazing opportunities that has made his life rich and fulfilling. With all that being said, he still find happiness in the small moments.
